Nordic Vehicle Conversion AB (NVC) is a Group which was founded in 2011 through the merger of Karosseriverken I Urbanusson AB, EuroLans AB, U-Lift AB, Ydre Skåp AB and Westrum AS. NVC is owned by the investment company Karnell and Peter Carlsson, founder of Ydre Skåp AB and former co-owner of Westrum AS.

The new owners have high ambitions for the companies involved in the NVC Group and through the high expertise, competence and capital that has been added, the Nordic Vehicle Conversion AB has the leading position in the specially adapted vehicles market.
